Swadelands are committed to giving information, advice and guidance to your child in Careers. We have ensured that we are up to date with the labour market and are a member of the Lenham Business Associates for which a member of staff attends their meetings. We are also a member of the Business Enterprise Exchange where schools and businesses come together on a regular basis so we all understand the needs of each other. Additionally, we are in regular contact with other schools and outside agencies, and attend up to date training to ensure that Swadelands provides a high quality of learning for your child in this so very vital area of the curriculum.
