Swadelands has a Partnership Agreement with CONNEXIONS KENT and MEDWAY to provide up to date careers information.

The agreement meets the statuary entitlement to:
• Up to date and relevant information on the full range of education, training and employment options
• Impartial careers guidance, information, advice and support from a Personal Adviser.

Vicky and Samantha are our Personal Advisers. They visit the school on Wednesday and Thursday each week to deliver careers guidance and 1 to 1 interviews with Swadelands students. Their main target group is year 11 students making Post16 plans. Tutors and students in other year groups can make self referrals to see Vicky or Samantha during lunchtime between 12.35 – 13.00 on their designated days.
